The following rates are based on a regular visit with one cleaning person working. The client would be responsible for providing equipment and supplies. 3 hour minimum.

Rates for occasional cleaning, including move-out and move-in will vary.
Extra will be charged for clients who may require the supply of cleaning equipment and/or materials.
Weekend fees are $20.00 extra added to your total.
12 hours notice is required for a cancellation. Otherwise a $50.00 cancellation fee applies.
